The short version: Neural Playground collects nothing about you. There is no account, no tracking, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.
None. We do not operate a server that receives your data, and the app contains no analytics or advertising software of any kind.
Your learning progress — which lessons you have finished, your stars, your streak, your chosen voice, and where you left off inside a Deep Dive pack — is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. It is never transmitted to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
If you contact support, we will have your email address and whatever you write to us. We use it to answer you and nothing else, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Neural Playground is written for a general audience of curious people, including families learning together. Because the app collects no personal information at all, it collects none from children either. There is no chat, no user-generated content, and no way for anyone to contact a user through the app.
We have no user data to share, sell, or disclose. There are no third-party software development kits for advertising, analytics, attribution, or crash reporting embedded in the app.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. Your on-device data is under your control: deleting the app removes it. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, write to us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
