These terms govern your use of the Neural Playground iOS app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Neural Playground on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies to this app except where these terms are more permissive.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple as well. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are happy to help you with the process — write to us and we will point you the right way.
Neural Playground teaches how machine learning works using small models that really run on your device. These models are deliberately tiny so that every number on screen can be honest and inspectable. They are teaching instruments, not production systems, and the app says so wherever the difference matters. Nothing in the app is professional, academic, or investment advice.
Please do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app or its bundled model weights, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.
The app, its text, artwork, code, and trained model weights belong to us. The teaching ideas behind the lessons are, of course, public knowledge — the field's, not ours — and we cite our sources inside the app where a lesson follows a particular lecture's arc.
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
